Normally I would think since Dr. Kraus is not representing Rush for his 604B evaluation they should not be part of our plan to stop Kraus. But in my case, he constantly used his Rush email account for a way to generate income for himself and not for Rush.

WE need to stop this guy from EVER doing 604B studies. We are not trying to stop all 604B studies but ones where Dr. Louis Kraus of Northbrook, IL is involved.
